Extremely Disappointing Service Experience – Request for Resolution

The customer service is great, from providing rides to and from the dealership to keeping us informed about what repairs and service were done. I like the video explaining what is needed and what is still in good shape.

I took in my Tiguan 2021 SEL R for oil change. When I looked at my receipt I saw all parts involved (oil, filter, drain plug) & a bolt (qty 3). I asked the Vw rep what is that bolt for? He said it’s for the belly pan. I told him there is no belly pan to be removed. You can access the plastic drain plug without removing any covers. He continued saying it was for something in the engine. I said there isn’t a single bolt to be removed to change the oil on this car. He called the parts department, then he reprinted the receipt without that bolt. So, I’m not happy with: 1. Adding parts that were not used to my receipt. 2. Lying to me that there was a bolt used for a belly pan.
