    I came in knowing what model of car I wanted and had it narrowed down to two trim levels. They offered me an opportunity to test drive both trim levels and ultimately I choose the SEL. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Very transparent on the pricing of add-ons so there was surprises when we looked at the numbers. Financing was easy.

    My car still drops my calls regularly. This is aggravating!
