The experience with Blake, the salesman, was very good. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and did a great job of presenting me with options. I was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle until the Spring of 2026, but Blake made the nearer term choice work. I also really appreciate the work of Blake and the financing team in providing a second option when we came in to make a final purchase. I would have been satisfied with the Atlas Peak Edition, but the SEL was a better fit to my wife's use. Finally, I went with less than five stars, because I felt the purchase process lacked transparency. I'm a numbers guy and I like to see plain numbers, e.g. cost, incentives, rate, options, but this was not readily available. Sure, I had a total price, and after running credit straight answered on the rate, but the incentives and cost of the car if I went with my own financing were not disclosed. I inquired, but the reply was the discounts assumed dealer managed financing. It would be better if these choices were a better presented.

Nolan was a great salesperson. We would highly recommend him. The reason I'm not giving a 5 is because of the lack of communication with the sales manager on buying out my remaining lease. I have sent three emails with no response.

Everything went absolutely perfect in our most recent service appointment with Midwest VW. The Sportwagen showed a code regarding the airbag. I called and spoke with Chelsea and she was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. The service appointment addressed the issue and everything was set right. EVERYTHING was professional, well handled and successfully taken care of. Absolutely excellent.
