Service is always excellent at MAG VW! I drive 125 miles for service and pass several local VW dealers on the way there. Only improvement would be switch to Coke products lol

The staff did fantastic job. They accommodated me even though I don’t have prior appointment and completed work in the stipulated time. I am happy about their service.

Unfortunately, my sales rep was fired in the middle of the sales process. I have no idea what happened to cause that situation to happen, but literally the minute after I signed the sales agreement, my rep was called into a meeting and was never seen again. That was bad enough. The reason given was that he was sick. Well, that was even worse news to two 75 year olds who had been working closely with this person. As it turned out, he was not sick. Just let go. We moved ahead with the purchase, but we were uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Not the best look.
