    A tech error caused an engine problem on returning home, but, MAG service personnel quickly sent the technician to correct the issue and took the car back in to run diagnostics and confirm that performance was restored. Plus offered the next oil change be done at no charge to us. Thank you Chelsea.

    Mr Ray was great. He was very kind. Very informative. He listened to what my concerns were and went above and beyond to give me answers. They took care of my 40000 miles maintenance, changed my door handles, flushed my fluid, updated my software, changed wipers, and washed my car in two days. Quick and efficient. Had a family emergency back in Michigan which took a week. Luckily they let me keep it there until I returned home. I will be taking my car here every maintenance i need. Thank you Mr Ray and the team at mag you guys were wonderful. They even send you videos and updates of your car and progress of the service. Anthony.

    I came back a couple weeks after getting my car back from getting an all inclusive overhaul. And yet somehow they failed to notice my battery was essentially as dead as a door nail. Then when my car is finally good to pickup, I'm informed it's ready and then crickets for the entire rest of the day. Not even a response to how much it was going to cost or anything.

    As always, Chelsea and her team pull through with flying colors! She was able to squeeze me in on an already busy day and did a much needed brake replacement on top of that! Always awesome service!
