    It’s always a pretty smooth experience working with your service department. Chelsea is always helpful and makes it a hassle free process. I also appreciate the video where the technician explains the steps taken servicing my vehical.

    Your service tech and mechanic were great. But, as a customer of MAG, for many, many years, I find your 3% surcharge on credit card use, very tacky, cheap and well beneath the image of quality and dignity that MAG once stood for!

    VW's customer service is like nothing I've experienced from any other car company... and I'm not young. Ali Jabbar was my truly outstanding service rep, and when I initially checked the car in I was helped by Emmanuel Mendy, who could not have been more friendly and accommodating (despite me arriving shortly before closing time.) I had regular servicing needs but also a situation with my Key fob - the spring fell out when I had recently opened it to replace the battery and basically wouldn't shut properly without the spring. which meant the key inside the fob would fall out easily, and I couldn't attach other keys, and so on. I had saved the tiny spring but didn't initially have it handy and learned it was going to cost $425.00 to replace and reprogram the fob - yikes! I wasn't going to pay that amount for a new fob. When the car was finished, Ali coordinated a shuttle for me and, initially in a sour mood, I couldn't help but be pleased to see Emmanuel again, who was sweet to our dog and opened the car door for me and had such a friendly and positive demeanor it was impossible not to feel better. Finally, again arriving too close to their close time, I produced the itty bitty spring that Ali then compared to another keyfob and after a fair amount of time and effort after closing... completely fixed my fob! Disaster averted - thank you so much Ali and Emmanuel. I see why VW has the loyal following it has based in no small part on next level customer service.

    MAG Volkswagen of Dublin provides exceptional customer service. Making an appointment, providing shuttle service (if needed) or a good place to wait (if the service is short), explaining the details of the service through an assigned service representative who knows my car, providing a video of the inspection, and has an efficient check-out process that includes timing and general information regarding future service. My service rep was Chelsea and she was exceptional. As a long-term VW owner, I can tell you that the service center is and always has been a very well-managed and efficient operation.
