I scheduled to have my headlight replaced and was told it would be in on Tuesday. I scheduled the service for Saturday. I’m not told until I’m there that it’s going to take 6-8 hours. Because I wasn’t made aware before hand, I don’t have transportation. I was told I could RENT a car. After much discussion I was given a rental car at no charge (outside of gas). I drove 45 minutes home to then receive a call saying you didn’t have the part. I had to drive 45 minutes back and my vehicle is still not fixed.
