    MAG is a very professional and organized dealership to work with. I took my vehicle to MAG for a cruise control diagnostic and oil change. I needed an oil change, and since my car is still covered under the VW warranty, I decided I would go to the dealer to get my vehicle's oil changed, and to have my cruise control fixed that had been out for the past 2 weeks. I had originally scheduled the service appointment online, and was told that I was unable to wait inside of the shop for a diagnostic to be done. So, after talking with service reps, I decided to schedule a time to drop off my car for the diagnostic and oil change, and received a loaner. Upon arriving to the service center for check-in, the service rep made it clear that I would be given a quote for my cruise control diagnostic, and if there was something wrong with the cruise control, then they would see if the warranty would kick in to cover the costs. The next day I received the service video as well as a phone call describing that there is indeed nothing wrong with the cruise control on their end, and that I would have to pay the diagnostic fee. I complied, and drove home with a cruise control that worked perfectly. Although I do not know exactly what happened to my car in the span of 24 hours, what I do know is that I will not be taking my car to be serviced at MAG again. I expect honesty from the individuals who service my vehicle.
