Honestly, we needed a hood release repaired and a 70k check and somehow ended up spending over $2,000 WITH a coupon to maintain the vehicle. Somehow fixing the Hood latch was close to $1000 and we also had to be out our vehicle for two days, which was unexpected. Finally, it took a full two days and put a constraint on my wife getting to work on time with the work not being finished until the very end of the day on the second day and she works nights. I also didn't get an inspection video until the middle of the second day and it didn't go over both sets of tires and both sets of brakes and the rest of the car as they usually do. I'm usually quite pleased with MAG but after this experience I'm wondering if I shouldn't take my vehicle elsewhere.
