Brandon has been a tremendous service advisor. He’s always been open and honest about pricing and the services being done on my vehicle. What i really like is that for the optional services I don’t feel pressured to do them and he makes me feel comfortable. Also because my car is CPO he’s done a great job of explaining the warranty process on my car as well as things VW has added extended warranty on like the water pump. If only the VW dealer I bought the car from was like MAG.

We really liked our sales associate, Chase and the Sales Manager, Ryan. We felt they were honest and ethical. However, we did not like that the sales desks lacked privacy. When discussing finances and personal information, it is unsettling for other customers to be privy to the sensitive discussion. Mag also needs snacks and drinks, available. The buying process can be lengthy and this extra touch would be appreciated and kind.

I am still waiting on items to be finished. Also it is a bit frustrating that no one seems to know how the new VW App works to get my app working the way the older Tiguan did.
