    Great service! The entire process was super easy, and I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle the entire time. The video updates are great! Also, every time I encounter Chelsea, she is very friendly and provides excellent customer service.

    A major dent left on my vehicle while under your care. But Chelsea did everything in her power to make it right and I appreciate that. I'm just a lucky one, my key was lost on a previous visit too.

    You had a mandatory vehicle inspection fee of $200. This was all done to find out the cause of the problem was exactly what I said it was prior to service. If my regular shop was available I wouldn't have done business with you, you charge too much for your services.

    Your prices are over charged, the 3% that you charge for credit card use goes above what the companies charge you for the use of their visa or MasterCard system. Not sure the underlying motivation for the 3% charge but it seems to me that this an attempt of your company to make even a larger profit at the expense of the consumer. That along with the surcharges for service in the small print makes it nauseating to work with this MAG company. Nothing against the staff, but the people that direct this company.
